If I use the one-column classic style, I see only "Disconnect" and "Log Off..." options. If I use the two-column style, I see no Shutdown Dialog at all. If I use the Windows 7 style, I see the Shutdown dialog, but it defaults to "Log Off" and the only selections are "Switch User," "Windows Security," "Lock," "Disconnect," and "Sleep." Try as I might I cannot get the Classic Start Menu to contain options for "Shutdown" and "Restart." If I QUIT Classic Shell and return to the Win10 Start button, both of those options are right there along with Sleep and Disconnect. I've perused the Classic Shell Settings, and I can find entries for the "Shutdown Dialog" that indicate that "Shutdown" and "Restart" are included, but they are NOT. How in the world does one get them to appear???

Are you using it through Remote Desktop? There is an option in Start Menu Settings on the "Main Menu" tab called "Show Shutdown during remote sessions". Turn it on and click OK.
