Right click them -> Properties. Check Hidden attribute checkbox and click OK. You might have to do this twice for each folder as there are two of them - one in your user profile and one in the All Users folder. |

That is a Windows feature, so you need to ask Microsoft support about using Group Policy to hide items. |
