How do I fix this?

EDIT: Windows 8.1 is the OS.

Open Notepad as administrator and open this file in it: C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\StartMenuL10N.ini. Find the text that's wrong (usually under your language which seems to be en-US) and fix it. Save the file and log out of your user account, log in again.
