Sorry if this has been posted before but for the life of me I couldn't find a similar thread.
I can't seem to get transparency to work on my taskbar. It seems to think that fully transparent is a solid color:

Hm, weird. Your exact settings work for me and produce a totally transparent taskbar. How does your taskbar look? Do you have any other software that may be trying to change the look of the taskbar? |

I tried this on my other pc and there were zero problems. I checked my registry and it is using a hex color code for the accent color menu. |
