Hi All - We are just rolling out Windows 10 to our user community. We are receiving numerous reports of lockup with explorer.exe. We do a ctrl + Alt + Del then restart Windows Explorer to get the system to be responsive again. It happens multiple times during the day for our users. Any ideas what might be the problem. We love this product and our end users are not all that savvy for a Windows 10 desktop. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Lisa |

Explorer.exe can freeze or crash due to any shell extension installed by a third party app. If you think Classic Shell is causing it, capture a crash dump: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 |
