Post subject:  IE compatibility view mode issue on Group policy

We are having some issue with IE compatibility view in our web based application. The login screen doesn’t display with group policy but it is just working fine without group policy. We are using Classicshell for lock down for some features. Just wondering that is this happening because of Classic Shell setting? I have applied the compatibility view policy and list of sites as well. Please see attached screen shot.

It is very unlikely. If you suspect the problem is with Classic IE, then you can temporarily uninstall it. Your settings will be preserved.

Run the installer again, choose Change, then uncheck Classic IE.
You can also disable it from IE's menu Tools -> Manage addons.

How the page is rendered inside IE should not be affected by Classic Shell really.
