Anytime I right click most items, the cursor hangs and the right click menu never shows. After about 10 seconds the cursor will just unhang and then it will be like you never right clicked. The 2nd time you try this, the right click menu will show. There are times with right clicking will hang explorer.exe and it will restart.

Are you sure this is related to Classic Shell? It doesn't do anything with the right-click menu in Explorer.

Yes anywhere in the start menu and explorer the first time. Explorer hangs, after it times out, it works the second time you click in the same place. I know its the program because if you disable it, everything is fine.

OK, capture a crash dump as shown here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6
I will look at it and see if I can find the cause.

I just sent 2 emails. Even the Zip file was too large to send so I had to divide in half. You may not see anything because I have just noticed this morning for the first time that it isnt doing it anymore. Was there some sort of update? It was doing it yesterday.

Oh, you seemed to have captured 10 dumps, which is needed to troubleshoot slowdowns, not crashes.
For crashes use the command "procdump -e explorer.exe". Leave it running until it crashes. There should be only one dump. Repeat a few times to collect 3-5 dumps and send them.

There was no update for Classic Shell since 3.6.7, and even if there was, it won't install automatically.

I dont get crashes. Explorer does sometimes restart but no crash. Do you want that one anyway or should I just see if its fixed?

It will restart if it crashes :)
Keep procdump running and go about your business. If there is a crash procdump will catch it. If there isn't, then problem solved :)

The procdump program. I have to restart it each time I shutdown and restart the computer and I have forgot the last 2 times explorer has restarted.

If Explorer hangs you can use the command "procdump explorer.exe" to capture the current state of Explorer, which may help figure out the hang.
Also there is the command "procdump -h explorer.exe", which will create a dump if explorer hangs for more than 5 seconds.

You can also right-click on Explorer in the Task Manager and select "create dump file" while it is hung. However those dumps tend to be quite large (few hundred MB), so you will have to upload it somewhere for me to grab.
