Add a Custom item as earlier but set the Command to control.exe /name Microsoft.DefaultPrograms. If you want to open the "Set Defaults" page directly, use: control.exe /name Microsoft.DefaultPrograms /page pageDefaultProgram |

Correct. You could also open ComputerDefaults.exe directly but the Default Programs page gives access to it anyway. |
