MenuItems7 edit the registry item. Hope this helps anyone else who gets stuck.

Using Windows 10 x64 Enterprise Edition. So how is this done? There are solutions to remove the shortcut from 'This PC' but for the love of me, I cannot find out how to remove the shortcut on the actual Start Menu. Is there a hidden registry entry for it? All my attempts via GPO fail to work. |
