He means on Windows 7 and 8.1 probably.  Although Ivan, what specific features of the Windows 10 menu do you want? Live Tiles are impossible because Microsoft doesn't allow using them in Win32 apps. There is a poll on the other features of the Windows 10 menu here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4995
