Is there a certain setting to change the title bar color in classic start menu? If Not, Is it possible if you can implement in the next classic shell update?

Start Menu does not have a title bar. If you are running Windows 10, update to the latest version via Windows Update after which you can change title bar color: http://winaero.com/blog/colored-title-b ... ild-10525/ Or do you mean Taskbar?

Oh, Sorry if i wasn't clear :? Anyway, As you might probally know, Windows 10 only has premade color paletes you can use, is their any like, option in the classic start menu which allows me to make a custom colored title bar like what you can do with the task bar?

There isn't in Classic Shell. But you can use Winaero Tweaker to add a custom color to the Settings app which then should the title bar: http://winaero.com/blog/add-custom-colo ... indows-10/ Get it here: http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.1836

No, title bar customization is outside the scope of Classic Shell. Classic Shell is only a Start Menu and Explorer/shell enhancements done using its own code, not using Registry tweaks.

Use older Windows version. Microsoft is currently removing features from their operating system rapidly. They somehow decided that less customizations is better, because somebody said them they should be like Mac OS. Nadella even wears jeans in the same fashion as Jobs.
