Go to General Behavior tab in Start Menu Settings and set the "Menu Delay" value to a very high value like 100000 (it is in milliseconds).

Hello! I have a question about something that changed recently with my Start Menu. When I open the start menu and I hover on the "All programs" option to show all the folders, it acts like I clicked it and shows the folders. It also does this with all programs in the start menu which have multiple options, like notepad, and word. It shows my latest files in the subtree to the right with just hovering over them, and I dont know what causes it. I think it's because of a Windows Update, but I'm not sure. I'm on Windows 8.1 b.t.w. Thanks in advance! TCDutchman |
