It already exists unless you have disabled the setting "Enable right-click menu" from the "Context Menu" tab of Classic Start Menu Settings.

I would love to have the context menu back for "This PC" (like in windows 7) so I can quickly get to manage, and properties of the computer. |

It should work. Maybe you have disabled the context menus in the start menu? Do you get context menus for other items in the menu? |

Try this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FlightedFeatures\ImmersiveContextMenu = 0 |
