In Windows 10, is there a way tomake that "All Apps" section disappear completely from the Start Menu using Classic Shell? I don't want to change anything about the Start Menu other than that...

I originally posted this question here:
http://superuser.com/questions/970609/remove-hide-the-all-apps-shortcut-from-the-start-menu-or-uninstall-them
and user David Postill posted a comment suggesting using Classic Shell.

Thanks,
Eliezer

Classic Shell does not modify the Windows 10 start menu in any way.

You could however use the Classic Shell Start Menu in its place which is superior in most ways: viewtopic.php?t=2399 Except for a few features where the Windows 10 menu excels like more space for pinning, grouping, showing recently installed app, searching by EXE names, alphabet navigation of All Apps, and uninstalling apps by right click, the Classic Start Menu is superior in every way.

Classic Start Menu's features are unmatched by any other menu as you can see in that comparison.

I remove Cortana apps from windows (it is spy and also not russian version of this apps).
I use next tweak:

install_wim_tweak.exe /o /l
install_wim_tweak.exe /o /c Microsoft-Windows-Cortana /r
install_wim_tweak.exe /h /o /l

Now in Apps submenu I see string
@{Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.4.8.176_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewyms-resource--Microsoft.Windows.Cortana-resources-TileDisplayName}
It is possible hide this string?

I uninstalled Cortana and Edge too and both show as @{Microsoft.Windows.....} in the Apps menu. That is because the Applications folder (shell:AppsFolder) lists them that way. Classic Start Menu lists the contents of that folder minus the desktop app shortcuts.
