that is dependent on the color you chose when setting up your computer.. It would be different for me...

The start menu color might not change depending on the theme in use (the windows xp luna theme for example doesnt support changing its colors beyond the 3 available colors)

Jcee I am a disabled person not technical you right the easy way to do this is if tell you what style I want like Windows 10 or Windows 7 XP and give you a screen shot then you can give me the colors which matches the Menu and taskbar

The start menus color might not change if the skin used doesnt support color

Go to this tab, and change the highlighted option. Select Windows 8 from the list

Jcee these are for windows 7 Here are the codes First is menu, second is taskbar (for all 3 pictures you gave) you gave me you said all I do is go back and fourth from XML 95 XP and Windows 7 do I have to change anything first if I had Windows 10 if I when I go back and fourth from XML 95 XP and Windows 7 ?

An .xml is actually a copy of all the settings (you can save your own from the same area you load them from) It will save a copy of all your classic shell settings.
So no, you dont have to change anything to load one of those settings .xml I gave you, however you may want to change some things AFTER you load it

If your looking for 'my computer' It was changed, I circled the new button on this screenshot.
From here you can get to any folder you need via the explorer sidebar.
