Hi, how can I disable Right Click / the Context Menu on the Classic Start Menu Button? I've tried the following Registry Keys, but nothing worked: - HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicShell\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicShell\Settings\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicShell\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicShell\Settings\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) - HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings\EnableSettings = 0 (dword) Thx. The only ones that will work are HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings\EnableSettings = 0 HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\EnableSettings = 0 The first one disables the settings for the current user, the second one applies to all users. However this will just remove Settings from the right-click menu. To remove the menu completely you need to do 3 more things: EnableExit = 0 EnableExplorer = 0 Delete the ClassicShell.chm file |
