G'day, Have installed Classic shell 4.1.0 on my new Lenovo laptop running win8.1 x 64bit and can not get start menu to work. Have looked through forum and tried a number of fixes but to no avail. i have attached test file from classic shell utility. Any help would be appreciated cheers wyldbear

Looks like it is running but you have disabled all controls that can open the start menu: MouseClick: Nothing ShiftClick: WindowsMenu WinKey: Nothing ShiftWin: Nothing MiddleClick: Nothing Go to the Controls tab in the settings and make sure the classic start menu is assigned to some control (like the mouse click or the Win key). Also remove ClassicStartMenu.exe from the startup folder. It should work without it. |
