I am trying to decide if i want to try and keep Classic Shell on my system. Does the program have a facility to save your settings as they were before changing any of them? If I decide to uninstall I want my desktop settings as they were before installation of the app. Thanks ~AGP |

When you uninstall Classic Shell its settings will remain in the registry in case you want to install it again. However those settings will not affect any other program. |

What i mean to say is that I assume the program changes some Windows registry settings to say bypass the cover screen. If it doesn't change any registry settings then when I uninstall my windows 8 desktop will go back to function as it was before. However if it does change Wnodws registry or group policy then how will a revert work? Thanks |

It doesn't change any Windows settings. All of its features are done by code. When you uninstall the code you will revert to the old behavior. |
