| Post subject: | Items in Taskbar will not stay maximized |
When I open an item from the Task Bar at the bottom, if I minimize it, it will not longer maximize. When I click and hold it will maximize but as soon as I let go it minimizes again. I have to re-boot to get it to work again. Even if I open the program again from the start menu it will automatically minimize with no way to maximize. |

Why do you believe this is related to the classic start menu? |

I never even saw the Task Bar in Windows 8 until I installed SC. Is the Task Bar viewable in Win8? |

The taskbar is always there on the desktop. You go to the desktop by clicking the desktop tile or pressing Win+D. Classic Shell simply presses Win+D for you automatically, so you don't have to. |
