After having the MS Store clean my PC, while classic shell is working behind Windows 8, they removed my Classic shell start button Shell Icon and replaced with the windows 8 icon. How do I get it back?

Most likely they fully uninstalled classic shell
you can download and reinstall it from the main page

http://www.classicshell.net/

If thats not the case however, try right clicking the windows 8 icon, and looking for the 'settings' option
then near the bottom of the start menu style tab is a checkbox labeled 'replace start button'
