Hello, I am using a windows server 2012 as a terminalserver, and on it I am using Classic Start Menu. I want however to not have logoff or Lock as standard behavior for the "shutdown button" (not shure how it is called, in the start menu on the bottom right), I want Disconnect as standard behavior. Is that possible? Thanks Daniel |

Depends on which style of the menu are you using - you use Windows 7 style or Classic/Classic with two columns style? As I understand, you want "Disconnect" to be the default Shutdown command over RDP? |

As of version 4.1.0, Windows 7 style cannot have Disconnect as the default Shutdown button. You can however add it as an item above Shutdown. 1. Open Classic Start Menu Settings. 2. Go to the Customize Start Menu tab. 3. Press the Insert key to add a new item. Drag its icon to the bottom below 'Run'. 4. For its "Command" choose Custom. (default will be "Administrative Tools") 5. Now double click the icon of the Custom item and in the Command: text field, type: disconnect 6. For Label: type $Menu.Disconnect and optionally for Tip: $Menu.DisconnectTip 7. Click OK to save settings. You will have Disconnect now above the Shutdown button when using RDP. With not using RDP, it will be hidden. For Classic styles, there is no restriction on the Shutdown menu. Go to the Customize Start Menu tab, and scroll down in the left column. Double click the Shutdown dialog parent item in the left column. Change its command to Disconnect and Label: and Tip: as above and click OK twice to save settings.
