| Post subject: | Pin to Start does not work |
I have installed Classic Start Menu on a couple of Windows 8.1 PCs. On the first it works fine but on the second, brand new PC with clean install of OS, Pin to Start does not work. The left pane only shows Programs and Apps or Programs. Pin to Task bar works on both. Just in case it makes a difference, the PC that works has an NVidia graphics card and the other has an Intel HD Graphics 4600 integrated card. Has anyone else seen this problem and/or knows how to fix it? |

Pin to Start means Pin to the Start screen. It is a Windows feature. You must use "Pin to Start Menu (Classic Shell)" to pin to the Start menu. Only that verb is added by Classic Shell. |
