when the download is completed, the video says that the "start" button will appear in the lower left of the screen. It doesn't. I'm trying to follow the steps on troubleshooting, but nothing seems to match. Example:Go to manage add-ons and find "classic explorer bar" and "ExplorerBHO Class" and make sure they are enabled. They're not there. "Enable 3rd party browser extensions" is enabled. I can't get the "start" icon to appear on the screen. I'm starting to feel like a monkey humping a football. (although this isn't anything new. I've felt this way ever since I purchased this thing. I'd like to know who is responsible for this piece of doo-doo operating system. Micro soft was very user friendly before. But now they seem to not care any more. Any way, can anyone help? I'm getting extremely frustrated. Thanks, windows 8 stinks |

Downloading the software is not enough. You must also run it and install it. |
