It was already downloaded and installed, but where is it in windows 8.1? So that i can activate it |

C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe is the EXE for the Start Menu. It should automatically start as long as the "Start automatically for this user" option is checked on the General Behavior tab in Settings. Also please upgrade to the latest version because it has fixes to start reliably on Windows 8.1. |
