Will Classic Shell run on Windows 8.1 Update 1 when it comes out on the 8th? |

Yes, the latest version 4.0.6 is compatible although there may be some cosmetic glitches. A future version of Classic Shell will improve on that but it will probably be a month before it is released. |

That's great. From what I have seen most people do not like 8/8.1. Looks like 8.1 update 1 and the next one are bring lots of things back that people want. After update 1 the start menu will make a come back. Microsoft gave a preview of the start menu. Just have wait till final to see what it really looks like and how it will work. |
