Post subject:  Attachemt formats
I just tried to attach a PPT file for discussion purposes. The message came back PPT format is unacceptable. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a list of acceptable formats allowed for attachments? Can someone please enlighten me? I looked around and saw no guidance on this. :evil:

The forum has a complex system of controlling which extensions are allowed. It is only visible to admins.
I added PPT to the allowed list.

just offhand i think .bmps arnt allowed, and not sure off hand but .rtf should be added to if its not (both of these are default files that you can create via rightclick>new on almost any windows system, and should thus be supported, others that i havnt seen (so i cant say for sure), that you might want to add are .rar and .7z

Looks like BMP was not added to the Images group. I added it. However please use PNG or JPG. Bitmaps can be quite large.
RTF is already in the list.
