I have been using Classic Shell with no problems. I just upgraded and now only have a blue screen on my PC. I cannot see anything. HELP!

Thank you.

What did you upgrade - Classic Shell or Windows? From what version to what? Does a reboot help?

Unfortunately I only know that I had a notification on my screen that there was an upgrade. I clicked on it and it went through the upgrade process successfully. I "x" out of the screen and ended up with a blue screen. Rebooted and still only blue. I am using my iPad as I cannot get pass the blue screen.

I should clarify that this was a prompt to upgrade Classic Shell.

The first priority is to unblock your machine. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Ctrl+Alt+Del to get to the Task Manager. Then open File -> New Task.
Locate the installer exe (if you saved it) or type www.classicshell.net to go to the main site and download the installer again. Then run the installer and select the Remove option.

What did you do to get it to work? It may be helpful for other people with the same problem.
