Hey, I'd like to know how to add my username to the start menu and how to add icons for the shortcuts on the right column. I'd also like to know how to add a shortcut to "Default Programs" in the start menu that works (replicating the XP menu more accurately), all attempts of commands and links thus far has failed. Basically, here's my problem:

I typed in my username in "User name text", but that hasn't helped. All of those shortcuts on the right column have provided images, but won't show in the start menu.

Both features are controlled by the skin (if supported). Look at the Skin tab in the settings. For the standard skins those settings are called "Show user name" and "No icons in second column". Since you are using a third-party skin, I don't know if it has such settings.

Ok, found the options-- thanks. Now I just need to find a way to add Set Default Programs to the menu.

Don't you already have it in the top left corner?

That's a shortcut that has been stickied. The problem is, I tried to replicate it as a placement in the right column as best as it can, but it always shows up with some error or doesn't show up at all.

Here are some commands to add the individual pages in Default Programs directly:

control.exe /name Microsoft.DefaultPrograms /page pageDefaultProgram
control.exe /name Microsoft.DefaultPrograms /page pageFileAssoc
