| Post subject: | How to allow gesture to open Metro UI? |
Classic Shell is great when I'm in desktop mode on my PC (no touch screens, but I have a touch pad that I use for gestures). I want to re-enable the gesture to swipe up with three fingers to open the Metro UI because I use it for frequently used apps. Currently with Classic Shell running, this gesture just opens the Classic Shell start menu in desktop mode instead of opening the Metro UI. Any ideas? |

It is likely that the gesture internally simulates the press of the Win key. So you can try setting the Win key to open the start screen. Then the gesture will open the start screen and the start button will open the menu. |
