My mouse hangs up in the indention on top right side of Windows 8.1 where the Charms menu comes out. Below this area it doesn't hang up. I have it set so the start menu doesn't come out when the mouse is in the top right. When you use the mouse to go up and down beside the right side to scroll and just move it a bit too far right it gets hung up and you have to flick it back and forth to get it out of this area. The mouse stays on the edge on the other three borders and doesn't have a problem there. It doesn't do this in Windows 8. What can you do to remove this area or stop this problem? I just installed Classic Shell and really like it. After retrying I found the correct way to shut off the other monitor. I had tried to shut down the wrong one as the main one is listed as monitor number two and I had shut it down and Windows took it back to the previous setting after there was no video for a few seconds. Thanks for the input. |

Do you have multiple monitors? |

No Just one and I looked at the setting for that and maybe didn't find right menu. |

I am not sure what you mean by "mouse hangs up". What is the position of your taskbar? Also, do you suspect your problem is related to Classic Shell? |

If you mean this problem: http://superuser.com/questions/498576/h ... -windows-8, there is a registry key (look in that article) and set it to 0. |
