Is there a way to have the default Windows 8.1 right click menu work on the active corner, but not have the start screen enabled on left click? When I have the "Disable active corners" setting to "None", I find myself left clicking into the start screen by accident. I do like having the right click menu though. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, look for a setting named "Right click opens Win+X menu" in the Controls tab.
