Hi I just installed Classic Shell on Windows 8.1 and I noticed it is kind of bilingual. I did not install any translation files. I'm from Britain and my computer's language is English (GB), but some of the buttons in the Classic Start Menu are German (i think... correct me if i'm wrong) Screenshot (i tried to translate the non-english buttons): ![]() Does anyone know how to fix this? |

Right click on the Start button, click settings and enable All Settings. Go to the Languages tab and confirm that it's set to "Current OS language". Also, make sure you don't have any German language DLLs in C:\ProgramData\ClassicShell\Languages. |

That's quite weird. There is a German version in the works but it is not yet released. Do you remember where you downloaded the installer from? It is possible there is some mixup on the download page. |
