No, this is the system window border. If you want to control the color you need to use a bitmap and change the opacity to "region".

The custom Start Menu skin I'm working on is using a solid colored frame instead of bitmaps, and I'd like it to have a single pixel frame in a slightly darker color. The "Main_thin_frame" setting seems perfect, but I've not been able to figure out how to change its color. Is it even possible? |
