Post subject:  Smaller Windows Charm Window Showing on Desktop
Please help I believe I made some sort of change and can't remember where I did it at but now I only get my charms window as a smaller window that opens on the desktop. I can not see all my charms and would like to switch it back so that I can see all of them again and it is full screen. Here is a link to a picture of what I am talking about. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This looks like the result of the program Start8, which can show the start screen in a smaller window. Do you have something like that installed?

This can also be done by Display Fusion.
How to Undo it in display fusion:
Right click display fusions notification area button.
select settings
select the windows 8 tab
uncheck "Use mini start screen and open on current monitor"
Hit OK
