When I hit the start and hit shut off the computer the computer never completely turns off I have to go to charms and hit setting and turn it off that way, can anyone help. thank you lor86 |

try holding Shift while shutting down. It will do a complete shutdown. |

And remenber that a desktop pc is usually completely off only, if it is not connected to the mains power. |
