I installed classic shell on my laptop. However, when I run the Classic Shell Menu Settings, the Backup, OK and Cancel buttons arr below the bottom of the screen and Windows 10 won't let me move or resize the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try using Alt+B for Backup, Enter for OK and Escape for Cancel.

Also, you can change the display settings; this will allow classic shells UI (and other UI's to be properly dispalyed
Right click the desktop select display settings, then drag the slider below "Change the size of text, apps and other items:"
You also might be able to adjust the resolution, at the bottom of the window it list 'advanced settings'

Thank you. I changed the text from 125% to 100% and was able to save the settings. Of course, when I changed it back to 125%, windows decided that my background should be black instead of blue. I went in to select a new blue background and of course the color that I had when I upgraded isn't on windows 10. I sure miss the days when Microsoft didn't force me into their mold.

Thank you. The Alt+B and Escape works, however the enter for OK didn't. I would up changing the size of my text.

I wonder why they didn't just make a color picker for background color in the first place (rather than having 20~ preset swatches)
It seems the easiest way is to use an image..
