The infected copy I have says 6.81 MB (7,148,732 bytes) version 4.3.0 - I downloaded this one around 5 PM EST August 2nd if I'm not mistaken on time

The NEW copy - non infected says 6.88 MB (7,220,496 bytes) version 4.3.0 - I JUST downloaded this one and I'm told the problem has been fixed.

I don't see anything about 'signature' on either, although I am told the NEW one has a signature and the old one doesn't

So - CHECK those file sizes people.

Try viewing the file properties - right-click on the file, then select Properties.
The good one should have a tab called "Digital Signatures", and inside it there should be an entry for "Ivaylo Beltchev".
