In the section of the Start menu where recently used programs should appear, I have only a blank white area. This does not occur for the 3.6.8 version of this product. |

What is your selection for "Show recent or frequent programs" in the Main Menu tab? |

It was set to Frequent Programs. I changed it. Thanks! Shouldn't Recent Programs be the default? |

Recent is the default for the Classic styles for backwards compatibility with older versions. Frequent is the default for the Windows 7 style because that's how the Windows 7 menu works. |

Also, if you don't want Frequent programs to be empty, you must turn on the Windows setting for it from Taskbar Properties -> Jumplists tab -> Store and display recently opened programs (Note that Windows calls this "Recently opened" but in reality, they're most frequently used programs that Windows keeps a list of). |
