Need I say more?

EDIT: If anyone applies this idea to another button style, I'd love to see the result

EDIT 2: Moar buttons. Even MOAR buttons coming soon!

EDIT 3: Added Slate and Jade buttons. Still digging around for a decent blank base for the Aero button.

EDIT 4: If anyone sees this, I'd appreciate some indication as such, suggestions for improvement, or really anything else that justifies a reply. I don't mean to beg, I just want to know if people are enjoying these :Y
Also, I'm taking requests now. If you know of a Visual Style or other button style you'd like ._.-ified, please give me a shout! (Or if you prefer to make the button yourself, I'd be happy to add it to this OP, too  )

EDIT 5: Finally finished and added the Longhorn 4074 Aero button

I want you to .__.-ify a few more of the XP start buttons. Here they are.

Alright, I'll see what I can do. I might have to hunt down the original MsStyles to get the raw images, though...

Couldn't you just copy the left part of the image (which isn't covered by text) and paste that over the text? Seems easier.

I've now managed to make a template for the 3 XP buttons. Here they are.

Well, SebastianOnofrei4454 was only following instructions from Weboh. Copy/paste.
That's what I do with a simple editor.
For smoother look, with Adobe program, just select area, click on move, and drag/stretch over the distance, let go. Done.
Of course original always better.

Think of those images as rich silky fingers! :)

Well, yeah. When I do a copy/paste like that, I drag it over the whole thing. Saves time and makes it look better. I assumed he knew what I meant (and that he could tell the difference between good and terrible looking copy/pastes... :?).

Well, after looking at a button he posted, I tried to do the same, using Gimp, just to understand the problem, but even the shallow filter correction wasn't as bad as his...
Then, alpha channel completely lost... :?

Other than that, I think he used a screen capture instead to download the original... as easy as "right click, save as image".
