I was roaming this site looking at the start buttons and they all seemed to be fitting for only the larger taskbar and not the reduced size one. Does anyone know the size or have a template to make the smaller one? Thanks.

You can adjust the size of the Start button in Classic Shell. In Start Menu settings, go to the tab called "Start Button". Modify the Button Size value under Custom Button. 0 means it will automatically use the width of the image (in pixels). Set it to any value (whatever suits your small taskbar) and click OK.

Oh nice. Though it's not exactly the size I wanted it to be after changing it so that it fits, it's good enough to work. Thank you very much.

You can easily modify the image to fit the small taskbar in a free image editor. This is how your image must be (3 images for each state - Normal, Hovered and Pressed):
