Is there any chance that anyone can make a Windows XP start menu skin but with the original fat blue bottom border? Thanks in advance

You can fix the text of the Shutdown button. Open C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\StartMenuL10N.ini as administrator. Find the line under en-US (English) that says: Menu.Shutdown = &Shut Downaaaliiiiiigi and change it to: Menu.Shutdown = Sh&ut Down |
