Classic Shell: Forum

On August 1, 2015 I went from Windows 8.1 (with classic shell) to Windows 10. I want to go back to Windows 8.1, and I have found instructions to do this:
"to roll back your Windows 10, go to your PC Settings, by typing Settings in the taskbar search bar, next to the Windows icon, and clicking on Settings. It will open the PC Settings. Select ‘Update and Security’." Here is the screen that I need to open:



Help! I cannot figure out how to get to this screen with classic shell installed! I only have 48 hours to roll back to Windows 8.1, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Press Win+i keys together to directly open the Settings app.
