Classic Shell: Forum

Hello, i downloaded a Skin from the Forum and now i'm missing all system icons in this skin. I downlaoded a Icon-package (Icons made by "dakirby309": http://www.iconarchive.com/show/windows-8-metro-icons-by-dakirby309.html) but don't know where i have to copy it.

Can anyone tell me where i have to copy the .ico to see them in the menu?

Icons are not part of the Skin but are defined by settings. To use custom icons, open the Start Menu settings and go to the Customize Start Menu tab. Double click the icon which you want to change and then click the [...] button to pick the new icon.

If your icons are corrupted, you can exit the menu, delete %appdata%\ClassicShell\DataCache.db and start the menu again from C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe
