Experiment #6 Frames.

A plain Jane menu,
with panes and frames,
and a few edge border frames.

It uses the system glass color, so one needs to get familiar with
the 3 ways to change color.

In Win8 System, right click on desktop
and click on "personalize". Here you can change the color and appearance
of taskbar, borders, and with Ivo's program, the start menu, as well.
I tend to leave the color intensity slider alone,
and adjust the color mixer sliders to get the color I want.
The blue xp like color on Frames picture, was made this way.

I have included a small deskthemepack file, that can be downloaded,
and installed easily, by double clicking it, on Win 8, not 7.
Warning! It will replace any background picture with green background.
You will have to put your background picture back again.

Hmm. Site won't accept the extension. Too bad. Well can always put FF6714
in CSM override and work backwards ;)

A second way is to have the color change automatically with each changing background picture.
Click on the multicolored swatch icon.
For me, I have a lot of nature pictures, where around 50 percent of the time,
my menu becomes pantyhose color. That tan mousy color.
I can only take so much of that color, before I turn autocolor off

The third way is go into CSM start menu settings, Menu Look, and check override glass color.
Click on menu glass color, and again on little box to get custom color window.
Adjust, pick, and save. This only changes menu color, not taskbar color.

If you want to make the taskbar color match the menu color closer,
reset that same setting to default. Change the glass intensity to 100
and the color blending to 15. This will now match the Win8 system glass color
presets, and custom mixed color.
Note. For autocolor, and other system color intensity values, my skin can't track
properly, no matter what the numbers are. If skin is used in Win7, expect wild
color variations, because the color intensity slider keeps changing.
e.g. If the dark edges are way too dark- turn up it up, and turn on CSM override to track better.

Tried with CSM 4.0.4 on Win7/8.1 Best on 8.1
Not compatible with most older versions of CSM. Will only partially work.
After downloading file, paste in skins folder. Exit CSM, restart CSM,
and go to "Start Menu Style" tab. Pick Classic or Classic two columns.
Pick "Frames" in Skin tab.

ps. Feel free to cannibalize anything in this skin, or fix it to make it better,
as it's just an experiment.
Nothing is permanent, everything changes :)

I was going to put preset favorite color in skin, with extra bitmaps.
File too--big. Started shrinking main bitmaps, ran out of time.
Sorry. Bye. :|
