Here is my suggestion (sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker and since my windows language is not English, I'm not sure the menu names are exactly the same as I will translate them).
I use windows 8 mainly on 1366x768 laptops, so i always try to have the more vertical space I can, that's why my start bar is on the right, not on the bottom as usual. sometimes i need to share the space between 2 different windows, that's why i often hide the start menu.
i have to right click the bar, than click on options, then toggle the "automatically hide" option and click ok. when i'm done using two different programs at the same time i have to make it reappear going to the right border, right click, options, toggle the same option and ok again.
Is it possible to customize the start bar with a toggle, a switch an icon or something else to do this thing with just one click instead of 4? i would be great if you can add such a feature.
