i would greatly appreciate a small Find & Replace tool, in the form of a DLL addon that would search through all of our Classic Menu settings, and find "J:\My Tools" & replace all matching items with a user-specified "K:\ My Computing\My Tools"

and if we could change the Drive letter as well, such as migrating all D:\ paths to E:\ Paths, for when we import our XML settings to other computers, etc.. so we dont have to go through every single item and change them one by one..

Well, that's what environment variables are for. Define a new one called MY_TOOLS, use it in all of your settings, and then make sure it is set correctly on new machines.
