I understand the technical difficulties with giving glass, color control, etc. to the Metro skin due to font colors and contrast (among other issues). However, what about being able to provide the default color (dark gray) in addition to following the theme color? In other words, Windows 10 has the option to 'Show color on Start, taskbar and Action Center'. I'd love if Classic Start Menu also followed this option and used the highlight color when that setting is enabled and the default dark gray color when not enabled. I've attached a screenshot of the setting in case that's not clear.
