It would be nice if the menusettings.xml would also house your current skin and start button. This way you only have 1 file to load when installing anew

Well, those are binary files and can't be efficiently stored in XML files. Besides, skins go into the Skins folder, which is shared between users and also requires admin permissions. The settings file is per user.

You could add a new filetype (zip) to store them efficiently? and it would just instruct classic shell to copy the file over to the skins directory, replacing the old .skin file? Also add a directory for buttons in the install dir. I know its a bit of work though :P. Just saying it would be alot easier from a user perspective (Also icons for items in the start menu would be nice if they were backed up
