Hello all, amazing program you have done, I'm so grateful it is really well done and incredibly useful.

Feature I would like:

An option to hide "Start-up" folder from Start-Menu Programs menu
Or, even better:
An option to move the "Start-up" folder entry from: the Program list (left Start-Menu pane), to: somewhere on the right pane (where the Control Panel is by default).

Rationale:

The "Start-up" folder is just one bad idea from Microsoft.
Nowadays, as one of the many ways to make a program be run at every start up, it is hardly used by any application.
But, some applications do expect and use it (in my case, only "Dropbox"), so, sadly, the folder can't be safely removed (I mean physically, from "C:<...>/Start Menu/Programs").

The problem is, it doesn't belong in the Program menu at all.

In the Programs menu, I keep quick links to any app that I could reasonably be needing in an average day; I neatly sort them (by topic), for quick and ready access.
The "Start-up" folder, by contrast, is more of a system setting, and, to top, one I very seldom have to fiddle with (if ever).
So, it just stands there cluttering my otherwise tidy program lists.

If you make the folder hidden, it won't show up in the start menu. Adding it to the right pane is easy. You can add any folder you wish there.

Hey, thanks! Nice! That works.

Thanks! That's a good approximation...

However (due to yet another annoying microsoft idea), there're two folders involved here,
the "personal" one, at C:\Users\<...>\Start Menu\Programs\Start-up,
and "everybody's" one, at C:\ProgramData\<...>\Start Menu\Programs\Start-up

In order to keep an eye on what might be put inside either folder (because either one matters, sigh), I would need to add two custom entries in the right pane.
(how unfortunate it is, for us Windows users, that Microsoft failed to grasp the true meaning of PERSONAL computer!)

But still, that's a pretty good approximation, I can make a compromise or another I guess
(well, a general way for Classic Shell to let me fix this clean, would be to add an generic option to "hide if empty sub-menu" in the right pane entries).

You can create a Library that includes the two Startup folders. Then add that "Startup" Library to the right pane of the Classic Start Menu.

Classic Shell 4.2.1 adds a "startup" built-in command to show the combined startup folders in a single menu.
