two feature requests : 1- Add option to disable login in windows 8 so user if wants couldf enter to desktop without having to enter password each time as the method of using the command netplwiz in search in metro interface and disable password login if we want 2- add option if we right click the start menu to have a new option as seach for new version of classic shell or so Thanks a lot for this great program |

@ log in; not that hard to do manually: http://malwaretips.com/Thread-How-to-Disable-Logon-Screen-in-Windows-8-7 @more options on right click: i agree there should be more options namely the ones that you get when you right click the corner with metro interface enabled; however doesn't classic shell default to automatically checking for updates periodically? (i didn't see any settings/options to disable/enable this, but i know my classic shell has updated on its own before) |

1. Autologon functionality is already part of Windows. What use will be adding the same thing to Classic Shell? 2. Do you mean add "Check for updates" in the Start button's context menu? That is a nice suggestion. Btw note that Classic Shell's components automatically check periodically (but not too often) for updates and notify you. You can also manually check for updates from "Classic Shell Update" component. That is a separate component so that users can choose to not install the update functionality during installation. |
